How DiffDraft handles text workflow context

DiffDraft is designed around text sources selected by the user and draft text composed on the Mac.

Local sources

You choose the source text.

DiffDraft may read or process plain-text sources you add to Source Shelf, active source pairs, Compose Draft text, save slots, snapshots, and exported session packages.

Source files

Comparison and compose actions should not silently modify sources.

The workflow is centered on composing the draft. Source lanes are read-only in the Focus Canvas, and taking a hunk changes the Compose Draft.

Support contact

You decide what to send.

If you contact support, your email app sends the message. Redact private source text, file paths, client names, secrets, tokens, API keys, and credentials before sending. DiffDraft Support
