DiffDraft Support

Help for Source Shelf, Compose Draft, row-aware editing, save slots, snapshots, provenance, and plain-text export.

Before you email

A short checklist helps support answer faster.

Keep private text out of the message unless support asks later. Describe the workflow area and what happened.

Context

Name the part of the workflow.

Mention whether the question involves Source Shelf, active source pairs, Compose Draft, row-aware editing, save slots, snapshots, provenance badges, or export.

Mac

Include version details if known.

Include your macOS version, DiffDraft build if known, and whether the text came from pasted text or plain-text files.

Privacy

Use sanitized examples.

Do not include private contracts, prompts, source text, client names, secrets, API keys, credentials, or full sensitive file paths in the first email.

Export

Describe the expected final text.

For copy/save/export issues, say whether you expected clean Compose Draft text, a saved plain-text file, or a session package with embedded source snapshots.
