Use of OnMyDesk
These terms are intentionally concise and stay close to the current product materials, privacy source, and OnMyDesk Terms source.
Your content
Your vault content remains your responsibility.
You are responsible for the content you store in OnMyDesk, including ensuring you have the right to store and process it. If you export backups, share files, or choose Files or iCloud Drive destinations, you control where those files go.Free and Pro
Free use and Lifetime Pro
OnMyDesk can be used for free with up to 100 stored items. Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks all Pro features across supported devices, including OCR search and Pro-gated vault tools where supported.Apple purchases
Purchase handling stays with Apple.
Purchase handling is processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. Apple policies govern billing, refunds, and purchase restoration. Hazybyte Studio does not receive your payment card information.Acceptable use
Use OnMyDesk lawfully.
You agree not to use the app to violate laws or regulations, access or interfere with systems you do not have permission to access, or reverse engineer or bypass security features except where allowed by law.Backups
Keep your own recovery path.
Hazybyte Studio works to make OnMyDesk reliable, but you are responsible for maintaining backups if your data is important. Storage issues, device loss, OS behavior, or user actions may result in data loss.Encrypted backups
Remember your password.
If you use encrypted backups, you are responsible for remembering the encryption password. If you lose it, encrypted backups may not be recoverable.Availability
Features may change.
