Cloudless Local helps check iCloud Drive signals and create local-only copies, but users remain responsible for reviewing copies and maintaining appropriate protection for important files.

Cloudless Local is distributed through Apple's App Store and is licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a separate agreement is provided. Apple Standard EULA

Use

Use the app and website responsibly.

Use Cloudless Local and this website only in ways allowed by applicable law, Apple's terms, and these app-specific notes.

Purchase

One-time Pro unlock.

Cloudless Local product materials describe Cloudless Local Pro as a one-time unlock. Apple handles App Store purchases, billing, refunds, validation, and restore.

Utility role

Guided local-copy workflow.

Cloudless Local checks whether selected folders may sync through iCloud Drive and helps create a local-only copy outside detected iCloud-managed locations.

Originals

Original folders stay untouched by Make Cloudless.

Make Cloudless does not automatically delete, move, rename, or edit the original folder. Review both original and copied locations before changing your own files.

Responsibility

Review copies and maintain backups.

A local-only copy is not a backup tool. You remain responsible for reviewing copy results and maintaining appropriate backups of important files.

Boundaries

No broad cloud or security promise.

Cloudless Local focuses on iCloud Drive signals and careful local copy workflows. It does not encrypt files and does not guarantee against every cloud service, system behavior, or user action.
