How SoundsFit handles data

SoundsFit brings workout routines, session logs, insights, and media controls into one flow. Some features are local app features, while others depend on permissions or third-party services you choose to use.

Data you enter

Routine and workout data.

You may choose to enter routines, exercises, goals, set targets, workout and session logs, notes, ratings, custom exercises, and optional exercise images.

Insights

Kcal, hydration, and movement entries.

SoundsFit may store kcal, food, drink, hydration, caffeine, movement settings, goals, reminders, and related insight history you create in the app.

Local-first

App data is centered on your device.

SoundsFit is designed around app-local workout and insight records where appropriate. Data may leave the device when you intentionally use sync, sharing, support email, media services, Apple Health, or Google integrations.

Apple Health

HealthKit access is permission based.

Apple Health access is optional for some insights and required for Movement Insights. You control Health permissions in the Health app and iOS Settings.

Google Sheets

Sync writes to your Google Drive.

Google Sheets sync runs only when you enable it and writes selected or completed workout logs to Google Sheets in your own Google Drive.

Media services

Third-party services have their own rules.

When you use Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube, Google, Google Drive, Google Sheets, or Apple Health, those services may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Local audio

Files remain under system file access rules.

User-selected local audio files remain subject to your device, Files app, and system permissions. SoundsFit uses access you grant to play selected media.

Support email

You decide what to send.

If you contact support, you may voluntarily include diagnostic details, screenshots, recordings, device information, app version, and a description of the issue.

No sale

No sale of personal information.

Hazybyte Studio does not sell personal information from SoundsFit.

Choices

Manage permissions and data.

You can manage or revoke Apple Health permissions, disconnect Google account access where applicable, manage media permissions, and delete local app data through app or device controls where available.
