These app-specific terms summarize use of SoundsFit and should be read together with Apple's Standard EULA and applicable App Store terms.

Use of SoundsFit
SoundsFit helps you build routines, train with media, log sessions, and review insights. Use the app responsibly and review third-party service requirements before relying on integrations.
License
Personal app license.
SoundsFit is licensed, not sold, for your personal use under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a separate agreement applies. Apple Standard EULAApp Store
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple.
SoundsFit is distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple handles App Store purchases, payment processing, refund requests, family sharing eligibility, and regional purchase rules.Access
Single paid app with full access included.
SoundsFit 1.60 is a single paid app with full access included. Features that were previously separated by access level, subscription, or individual purchase are now part of the app.Legacy access
Previous supporters keep full access.
If you previously purchased SoundsFit at any price or had a SoundsFit subscription, your full access continues without additional payment.Training
You are responsible for your workouts.
You are responsible for choosing routines, loads, exercises, rest, music, and training intensity that are appropriate for you and your environment.Medical
SoundsFit is not medical advice.
SoundsFit provides workout organization and informational insights only. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure medical conditions. Exercise involves risk, and you should seek professional guidance when appropriate.Media
Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube, and local files.
Media features depend on the service, account, app, content, device, and permissions you use. Spotify playback control requires Spotify Premium and the Spotify app.YouTube
YouTube playback has foreground limits.
YouTube playback in SoundsFit is foreground-only and may pause when you lock your phone, switch apps, or leave SoundsFit.Google Sheets sync uses your Google Drive.
When enabled by you, SoundsFit writes selected or completed workout logs to Google Sheets in your own Google Drive. Google's terms and privacy policies apply.Apple Health
HealthKit access is permission based.
Apple Health access is optional for some insights and required for Movement Insights. You control Health permissions in the Health app and iOS Settings.User content
You are responsible for your data and choices.
You are responsible for the routines, notes, logs, goals, custom exercises, images, files, links, and other content you create, import, select, or share through SoundsFit.Acceptable use
Use the app and services lawfully.
Do not misuse SoundsFit, interfere with the app or services, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app in ways that violate law, Apple's terms, third-party service terms, or others' rights.Availability
Features may change.
SoundsFit features, third-party integrations, media availability, and platform behavior may change over time because of app updates, operating system changes, service changes, or regional availability.Intellectual property
Hazybyte retains app rights.
SoundsFit, its design, app content, text, artwork, and software are owned by Hazybyte Studio or its licensors except where third-party content or services are identified.Disclaimer
