By downloading, accessing, or using WhatChanged, you agree to these Terms of Use and the applicable App Store terms for the version of WhatChanged you use.

Apple Standard EULA and App Store terms

WhatChanged is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Use of WhatChanged is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with the app-specific notes on this page. Purchases, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple and subject to Apple’s App Store terms and policies. Apple Standard EULA

Read-only

Read-only comparison tool

WhatChanged helps you compare files, folders, and text that you choose. It is read-only and does not modify or delete your original files. You are responsible for choosing what to compare, making sure you have the right to use it, interpreting results, and keeping your own backups.

Results

Reports and comparison results

Comparison reports, recent comparisons, exported reports, and shared summaries are informational summaries based on the items and options you select, including ignore rules, text options, and optional SHA-256 checks. Review results before relying on them for important decisions.

WhatChanged is currently offered as a one-time purchase with no subscription. Purchase handling remains through Apple.

Updates

Updates to these terms
